Anyhoo, the thing that surprised me back in November and that still surprises me is the way the Right would portray the recent election as a referendum on Democrats and liberalism in general on the part of “the common man.”

The Republicans were annihilated in 2008. Does that mean that, in 2008, the Democrats alone embodied the will of the common man? Certainly not.

What is means is this: The American public is terribly fickle. When times are tough, populism in the vein of “throw ‘em all out” rears its head and the dominant party (by virtue of their dominance) invariably suffers for it.

I, for one, am please that the so-called “Party of No” now has some accountability and that the rhetoric of the Tea Party may now be put to an honest test. Too long have both groups stood on the sidelines and chuffed about their glorious plans with no fear, no possibility of being exposed as frauds. It’s time to put up or shut up, boys. Don’t just obstruct, it’s time to legislate. Do it if you dare.

The next time Americans go to the polls, they’ll have two parties to blame and you’d better hope things are looking up by then or it might be 2008 all over again.

One Question: If 80% want him out of here, why is he still here? This communist is ruining our country. He thinks he’s God. He also is a racist! Mary Ann, do something about this Marxist. Send him back to Kenya or Indonesia! Let him be president there.

We will most likely be EMP’ed turning the clock back a 100 years
or we will have a bunch of little civil wars as one fraction fights the opposing fraction until there is no country left and then we will be taken over by China which has all the
good stuff now.

We are like a ticking time bomb with the spark already set and it’s a matter of time before the fuse strikes.

It’s very easy for the liberals on the internet to say “F… that, Sarah’s an idiot, Repubs’ are greedy, but they don’t have any good arguements, nothing clearly logical except the arguement on health care.

That arguement is easy to make, and it worked on everyone – how can you say we don’t need health care reform? Well, what they are planning is not health care reform, it’s mad taxation, an overburdening of a system with too few doctors, and no change in the ability to sue a hospital into bankruptcy.

It’s hard to believe Glenn Beck for demo’s, but so far, especially when it comes to John Stewart or Bill Maher, they don’t even try to discredit his points, just him.

They think funny makes a point. That’s all they care about, not the arguement “GW is an asshole” is their motto.

Democrats suck, I know most just go to work, come home, and want to be entertained, but dems can’t beat FOX news, or the politcal grapevine on talk radio. They can’t, they try, but they suck!

Most of us Repub’s don’t like derogatory terms, but the dems’ love them. It’s because they work on the young. Don’t be afraid to say dem’s suck, it’s okay for us this time, we need to reach out to the young before they are brainwashed in college. We need to go the colleges, not with a tie, but with tie-dye, not with a briefcase, but with a brief story, something funny, but true, and prove it with your words, then end it with, “see, democrats suck!”
